Brad de Geus
Brad de Geus is our Operations Manager. But that doesn't really explain what Brad is all about. With a lifetime of experiences under his belt, he brings to Fiji Adventures a unique perspective on life. He's experienced the world through many eyes - engineer, chiropractic physician, managing director of a 4-star resort, pilot, sailor, and even kava exporter! Brad lives in Fiji and his management skills are unsurpassed, as well as his close relationships to his Fijian friends and neighbors. We'd like to say he's our renaissance man. He does everything - from leading group tours when required, to maintaining the website presence, even acting as chef at an impromptu beach barbecue. His motto: If we do it right today, we can all dive tomorrow!
| Susan Rungo
Susan runs Marketing & Communications. Her professional life has always revolved around writing and marketing. Susan's been the editor of a daily California newspaper, weekly humor columnist, was copy chief at a successful advertising agency, as well as assisted several Fiji resorts and businesses in optimizing their advertising and securing their place in the market. Susan is extremely creative and has put together unique packages and itineraries for Fiji Adventures. What she lacks in mechanical and physical skills, she makes up for in wit and amazing creativity. Susan also lives most of the time in the islands. Her motto: If it can't be fixed with dental floss and paper clips, throw it out and buy a new one.
| US Trip Coordinators
Melanie, Alexander, Rita, and Beverly, help run things in the US, when we’re busy in Fiji scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking and, you know, working. They are well versed in all things Fiji (Melanie actually graduated from high school in Fiji!), and handle a multitude of tasks from producing award winning banners and artwork, to planning unique active honeymoons and one of a kind weddings.
| Group Tour Coordinators
Bradley and Michael handle group tours, make presentations, and in essence, make us look good while we're here in Fiji looking like we're working hard. They each handle different aspects of group trip coordination, from group dive trips, to corporate incentive travel and group adventures. And in a pinch, they're on a plane to Fiji to fill in as assistant tour guides if necessary (and we don't even have to twist their arms!).
| Our Intrepid Indigenous Guides
When you embark on a Fiji Adventure, your first experience will be meeting with one of our wonderful indigenous guides as soon as you walk through the door to the airport arrivals concourse. We can proudly say our guides are some of the best around, in fact, Dick, our head guide, was named "Best Adventure Guide in Fiji" by Johnny Jet of Frommers.com fame. Without our key staff working hard on our tours, the rest of us in Fiji would actually have to, well, work.
| Our Group Philosophy
When you get right down to it, it's your vacation. We know this. And we make sure that the itinerary you select is based on the things you love most, and the type of experience you'd like to have in our beautiful islands.
What we offer you is Fiji - pure and simple. Any way you like it. For us, it makes no sense to book a trip. We're much more interested in having you join us on an adventure of a lifetime.
